My journey with Laughing Women Ministry is nothing short of a divine adventure, a story of connection, growth, and spiritual enlightenment. It all began when I met Sis Sarah Terry during a business training event, EMPRETEC. As we delved into discussions about the Word of God, she shared with me her involvement in a prayer group within Laughing Women that had been fervently praying for children. The moment I heard about this group, I felt a burning desire to be part of it. Without hesitation, I asked her to share the details with me. Though she initially forgot, my persistence led to her sharing the link with me, and I joined the morning devotional prayers. I truly believe that it was the Holy Spirit who called me to belong to this ministry, as I had an inner yearning to be part of it, despite already being actively engaged in a church with a leadership role in hosting weekly home cell and being a member of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) worldwide.

My initial encounter with Laughing Women’s prayer group left a profound and enriching impact on my spiritual journey. I felt an immediate sense of belonging and knew that this was “the only place to be.” Through prayer, I’ve experienced transformation, personal growth, resilience, and an ever-deepening understanding of God’s Word, enriching my life in countless ways. One of the most remarkable aspects of Laughing Women is the exemplary and open leadership style of my leader, Dr. Jite Newton. Her obedience, readiness to follow the Holy Spirit’s guidance, spontaneous zeal, stamina, and courage have been a daily inspiration. Additionally, Sis Ese’s motherly sensitivity, Sis Shalin’s resilience and consistent presence, Sis Lisa’s tender spiritual touch, Mama Naomi’s genuine transformation, and Sis Lovely’s expressive quest have all contributed to the sense of satisfaction, support, and fellowship that enriches my life.I am eternally grateful to God for leading me to this group of individuals who share the same quest to know God on a personal level and to deepen their relationship with Him.

Being called upon to lead Bible study is a privilege and a blessing that benefits not only me but also my leaders and ultimately God Himself. It has empowered me to guide and lead my children in an ideal way and to be a guiding light in my new community here in Italy. In practical terms, being involved in preparing and leading Bible study is more than just enjoying the banquet; it’s about taking an active role in the preparation of the feast. Just as a participant can choose their ideal food, I have the opportunity to shape and guide the spiritual nourishment for my fellow members.

My journey continues, with much more to learn and experience, as I draw wisdom and inspiration from the anointed brothers and sisters in this incredible ministry. Together, we embark on a continuous quest to explore the depths of God’s love and wisdom.
